We are just about 45 days away from the Make Your Mark Retreat, happening December 1st - 3rd in Plano, Texas. This will be the sixth (and final) retreat!

I have been hosting events since 2014, and have loved all of them for so many reasons. But in 2022 I accepted an amazing job with a great organization that lets me do what I love: coach and train business owners and professionals. I've decided to hang up my hat as 'retreat organizer' - at least for now.

With this being the last and final retreat, I reached out to a few of the ladies who have attended over the past few years. I asked them some questions about what they loved most about the retreats, and what they would change. The only answer I heard over and over again was to make it smaller. Less women. Less noise. More connection.

So I listened.

And this year, for our final retreat, we will limit it to just 22 women.

With a smaller group, we can pour more into each attendee. We can make every meal a luxury experience. We can increase our spend for materials and gifts, and we can spend more time getting to know each other and maximizing the experience for us all.

It means more room around the fire at the s'mores pit on Friday night.

It means more one-on-one conversations with the speakers and attendees.

It means a smaller group for meals, allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere.

It means MORE connection, MORE engagement, and MORE fun!

The purpose of the Make Your Mark Retreat is to help you identify what is next for you, what is holding you back, and how to confidently move forward in the direction of your dreams. And as your retreat organizer, I am excited to create a space that provides everything you need to achieve this and feel supported and celebrated throughout the journey.
